AIPMA’s AMTEC believes that the best way to lay a strong foundation for a stable career is to be informed and prepared. It is important that during their time at AMTEC, students explore the present and upcoming career choices available to them across various domains of plastics and application industry. In addition to technology and management courses, AMTEC would organize soft skill workshops to make students understand the importance of leadership, attitude, etiquette and grooming.
